Refund policy

We really appreciate your support and truly hope you enjoy your purchase!

Keep in mind that inventory is kept to a minimum so its important you make your selection carefully as we cannot guarantee availability nor hold merchandise.

 

We want all our customers to be happy with their purchase and we understand that if you are not, you might want to return your selection. If this happens, we ask you kindly return any unused, unworn merchandise in its original condition (including tags attached)within 7 days for a refund or for a store credit within 10 days of receiving. Keep in mind that merchandise received in any condition other that the one in which it was sold, will be sent back to you and considered a final sale. The customer can exchange for an item of equal value if all conditions for return are met and upon availability.

For damaged items, we kindly ask you let us know via email or text within 3 days of receiving your selection. We will gladly make and exchange or refund via Paypal. Refunds are at the sole discretion of Femme Vibes PR.

Accesories, intimate apparel, swimwear, and sale or discounted merchandise is not eligible for return. Certain exclusions apply so please direct any questions to femmevibes.pr@gmail.com.
