How do I track my order?

We use the US Postal Service as our main carrier and provide a tracking number to all customers with invoice and through email confirmation once it has been shipped out.

How do I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply write us an email at femmevibes.pr@gmail.com before sending your return back.

S & H costs will be at the customer's expense unless otherwise stated.

Returns must be done within 10 days of original receipt.  We strongly encourage to send through a carrier which can provide tracking and be insured as FemmeVibesPR will not be responsible for lost or damaged pictures.

Do you provide International delivery?

While we are anxious to expand our delivery options to other parts of the world, for now delivery is only provided to US and PR addresses

The dynamic nature of this situation means that things are always changing. In order to assure the safety of our team, we will ship orders twice a week only, on Mondays, and Thursdays. Every item and package is carefully sanitized and in contact with very few people before it reaches your hands.

Orders Over $75 (United States addresses) - FREE

Orders Under  $75 (United States addresses) - Flat Rate $5.00 Shipping

 

Puerto Rico: Expect your package to arrive within 1-2 Business days after dispatch

United States: Expect your package to arrive within 3-6 Business Days after dispatch

Please note during busy periods (promotional sales and/or holidays & Christmas season) we cannot guarantee same day shipping by 1 pm Atlantic time. We apologize for the inconvenience! 

Once your package has been shipped, your tracking information will be sent via email by 5 pm the day that orders are shipped out.

Femmevibespr is not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed in transit due to any delays of USPS or other delivery carriers - we will trace your package on your behalf and do everything we can to locate it, and lodge an investigation if required. Femmevibespr will not refund a customer for their order when a package is being "returned to sender" due to it being unclaimed or not delivered, or where a customer has incorrectly entered their own address. Femmevibespr will either re-send the package to the customer, or provide a store credit to the customer for the value of their order (less any shipping charges).
